Tunesday: Little Green Cars traveling the world

Little green cars

Anyone living in Australia and who hasn’t lived under a rock in the last 20 years knows triple J as invaluable source for new exciting music that spreads across all genres.

For me, anything that involves guitars is usually interesting. I grew up with Classic Rock, Independent and alternative rock as well as singer/songwriters.
Based on that, I was very excited when last week Triple J introduced the Irish Indie band “Little Green Cars” to me. They were playing at the “Splendour in the grass” Festival and had a quick stop over at the radio station to present their recent single “Harper Lee”.

With both female and male lead singers they sound like an interesting mix of Mumford & Sons, Of Monsters and Men, Florence & the machine. Nothing totally new but very nice on the ears. Have a look and judge for yourself.

Find out more about the Little Green Cars on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or on their website.
