It is Australia’s biggest vertical race and definitely a “run”-experience you will never forget and you’ll still tell your grandchildren about how you almost died this was just like a walk in the park for you.

Spring Into Shape – Run Series 2014

21 September 2014 – 5km run – 5hm walk – 10km run

Step out of your comfort zone. Move faster. Push harder. Turn up the heat and get moving. It’s more than just a run. It’s a journey. It’s a series that helps you get back in shape for summer.

Dates:  21.09.14 –  26.10.14 – 23.11.14

Think of Spring into Shape as more than a run.  Join in on a pre-run foam rolling session, challenge yourself to a 5km or 10km, and afterwards head to the main stage for a post-event strength workshop. There will be live entertainment on day to get you race ready, as well as some great food options to treat yourself after your workout.

Sussan Women’s Fun Run 2014

7 December 2014 – 5km, 10km and Half Marathon

It’s a women only run, that goes along Catani Gardens in St Kilda, through Bay Street and Port Melbourne. Enjoy this beautiful scenery together with your besties, moms or sisters.

Date has yet to be announced – 5km and 10km run/walk

Probably one of the most family friendliest running events in Melbourne and one of our favorite runs ever.
Dress up as Rudolph or Santa, with the beautiful surrounds as your setting, it’s the perfect occasion to enjoy the Christmas spirit with family, friends and ideal for the kids who will be tired after chasing Rudolph for 2km!
