Top 14 places to watch the AFL Grand Final

It’s less than two weeks to go before the next AFL Grand Final, which in my opinion is the Melbourne sports highlight of the yea Yeah, I’m not a big Melbourne Cup fan, it is a bit too posh for my taste. I’d rather stay in the pits (read pubs), knock down a coldie and get really emotionally involved in whatever I’m watching. Which is why I’m getting excited about next weekend and the 2014 AFL Grand Final. Even if you’re not that into sports, I don’t care, you just have to see the game. Or at least go to a pub, have a beer or wine and pretend to watch it.

For all us who can’t cough up enough money (i.e. a lot of it) to go and see the real thing, we’ll have to make do with screenings. Not that I’m complaining. Quite often I find the atmosphere of a really engaged crowd at a pub much more exciting than the real thing.

Anyway, here are the top 14 places we’d head on over to see the game next Saturday.
